Think about your days- wake up, eat, COFFEE, kids, and start rushing around like a chicken with your head cut off. There never seems to be enough time. This was my day for years. I would go to Yoga & the last 5 minutes we would meditate- Ahhh the stillness of my mind & body. They connected together & I never once thought should I start this practice at home? I kept hearing & reading hype about meditating for 10 minutes a day will put you in a better place. I kept telling myself, "yeah, right."
What did I gain? I gained inner peace. You're thinking inner peace- what's so big about that. If you have inner peace- your mind is quiet, your stress is gone, your relaxed. This is what made me a big believer of meditation. (Drew, I still get a little giggle when I think of you & meditation😀) By taking 10-20 minutes out daily, meditation has help me with stress. What could it do for you?
